For standard items in our catalog, we offer a flexible MOQ starting from 10 pieces per model. For fully customized OEM designs, the MOQ typically starts at 1x20GP container to ensure cost-efficiency.
Standard terms are 30% deposit T/T, with the 70% balance due before shipment. Production lead time is typically 30-45 days after deposit and fabric confirmation, depending on order volume.
Yes. We can express mail a comprehensive material kit (leather, fabric, wood finishes) to your office for approval before bulk production. Sample fees are refundable upon placing a bulk order.
We enforce strict internal QC protocols. Every piece undergoes a 3-stage inspection: Raw Material Check, Wood Frame & Structure Test, and Final Upholstery Inspection before packaging.
Our standard quote is Ex-Works (EXW) or FOB Foshan/Shenzhen. However, we have long-term freight partners and can assist with CIF or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to your warehouse upon request.
Yes. We provide a 3-5 year structural warranty on solid wood frames and a standard warranty on upholstery materials, covering manufacturing defects under normal commercial or residential use.
We highly recommend it. Let us know your flight details, and we will arrange a VIP car pickup from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport (CAN) directly to our Longjiang showroom and workshop.
