Welcome to Evergo Furniture Ltd. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging in any business transaction.

1. General Provisions

These terms apply to all sales of goods by Evergo Furniture Ltd ("Seller") to the purchaser ("Buyer"). Any variations to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by an authorized representative of the Seller.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Evergo Furniture Ltd. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) and receive the agreed deposit. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Currency: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Terms: A 30% deposit is required to commence production, with the remaining 70% balance due prior to shipment.
• Methods: We accept T/T (Bank Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight for qualified orders.

4. Production and Lead Times

Standard production lead time is 35-45 days after deposit receipt and confirmation of all technical drawings/materials. Lead times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and seasonality. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Incoterms: Standard terms are EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free on Board) Foshan/Shenzhen. CIF/DDP terms can be arranged upon request.
• Risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier at the port of origin (FOB) or factory gate (EXW).
• Inspection: The Buyer must inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify us of any visible damage within 7 days.

6. Warranty and Returns

We take pride in our quality. Evergo Furniture Ltd provides a standard 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects for structural components.

• Claims: Warranty claims must be supported by photos/videos of the defect.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, or damage during third-party transit.
• Returns: As a B2B manufacturer of made-to-order goods, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Evergo Furniture Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
